CAN I RESERVE YOUR SERVICE FOR OUT OF TOWN TRIPS?

Yes! Out of town trips require that you book and pay for the drivers lodging. It must be a 3-star hotel or better with good reviews to ensure driver gets plenty of sleep. Your safety matters!

WHAT TYPE OF CERTIFICATION DO YOUR DRIVERS OBTAIN?

Connie has a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and has had one for over a century!

I NEED TRANSPORTATION FOR A MULTI-DAY TRIP. CAN YOU HELP ME?

Yes, you will be charged per day rather than per hour.

WHAT IF I HAVE OPEN SEATS? WILL THE COST BE THE SAME?

Yes, the cost is the same regardless of your headcount. If you are splitting the cost among your group you can save money by filling the seats so each person's cost will go down. Please note-you will have to split it up on your own as we only take one payment.

HOW DO WE RESERVE TRANSPORTATION?

ARE YOUR RATES THE SAME ALL WEEK LONG?

No, we have discounted rates on weekdays.

ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Unfortunately we are not.

DO YOU ALLOW CHILDREN?

It depends on the event. We don't allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages while children are riding.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We have a 30 day cancellation policy. Any cancellations after 30 days are non refundable. If you have a last minute booking you will have 24 hours to cancel in order to get a full refund.

WHAT IF I LEAVE SOMETHING ON THE SHUTTLE?

Shuttle Bird is not responsible for personal belongings. It is the guests responsibility to check the shuttle prior to exiting.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU FIT ON EACH SHUTTLE?

The school bus accommodates 44 passengers and the charter bus accommodates 29.
